It's now that you can find delicious produce harvesting. Take advantage of the summer's bounty and come up with some delicious baby food to freeze for future use. If you little one is on to bigger things, don't be shy to "blanch" the green beans and freeze them for you and your family. Freezing fresh, organic produce is a cost effective way to eat organically year-round.
